As a marathon runner, fitness enthusiast, and boutique hotel connoisseur, I found Residence Inn Arlington Capital View to be a great location with a friendly staff. Although there were some initial hiccups at check-in, the cleanliness and helpful service made my stay enjoyable. The proximity to Potomac Yard and Crystal City shopping was a bonus.

During my recent stay in Arlington, I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Crystal City, which was my main area of interest. The room provided a beautiful view of the surroundings, allowing me to enjoy the trains and planes without the noise. The free breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the parking was a bit expensive, I found street parking to be a more budget-friendly alternative, especially during the weekend when it was free.

However, the difficulty in finding the hotel's location could be improved for a better overall experience.

The place is fabulous and fairly clean, it offers enjoyable breakfast and wonderful location near Reagan airport.

The location was super close to the convention for Blerdcon, making it convenient for attendees. The rum upgrade added a nice touch to the stay, enhancing the overall experience. Beautiful fairly clean hotel with accommodating staff who made the stay a quite comfortable experience.

The kitchen flooded due to a clogged disposal, parking kiosk was temperamental, and pull-out couch needed better bedding. On the flip side, our room was clean with a big fridge and stove, convenient breakfast, close to attractions, quiet, and non-smoking as requested. Airport shuttle and food services ended at 10PM, but front desk was helpful during the day. Smartwatch lost and found swiftly. Coffee maker issue, parking challenge, and low shower pressure noted. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor hiccups.

Mornings at Residence Inn were a feast for the senses—the muesli was a masterpiece! The staff's warmth and the comfy beds added a cherry on top to an already stellar stay.

Despite the fab stay, the breakfast games can get rowdy, with kiddos making merry a tad loudly. The turkey sausage let us down, and those spicy salami sausages got the boot.

The indoor pool and health club were perfect for chilling out and staying active. Plus, we loved renting bicycles and exploring the area. And let me tell you, the Smithsonian's National Zoo was lit!

Yo, it would be so dope if they had a cool rooftop party area for young peeps like us to hang out and have a good time.

The breakfast was outstanding, and staff were AMAZING. Would choose it again. Rooms were even better than in the photos.

The kids were fascinated by the adorable animals, especially the playful pandas. The health club and indoor pool were perfect for keeping the whole family entertained and active during our stay.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having more kid-friendly activities to entertain the little ones.

Local gem, close to all DC attractions and airport. Loved the DIY breakfast! Snatched up those yoga classes, needed to balance out dinner drinks. Got lost once, but valet saved me. Art buff - adored Italian dishes. Bed? Cloud. Made friends at reception. Highly recommend, long stay or a weekend rendezvous. a perfect distance from a world-class museum to satiate my cultural side. Cheers to that and the complimentary shuttle - a lifesaver!

Antonillo at the front desk was extremely helpful, approachable, professional, and accommodating. The rooms were well-designed, beautiful, and well-separated, with a large and comfortable bed. The parking lot was charged, but the staff waived the fee. my stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel.

They went out of their way to assist with any questions and were always friendly. the room service provided us with snacks from the kitchen at 2 AM, which was a nice touch. the breakfast, given the current circumstances, was diverse and hits the spot. the kitchen facilities in the room were a game-changer, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably. the location is great for travellers with a car, offering convenience when exploring nearby attractions.

One improvement that could enhance the experience at this hotel would be the addition of an outside patio. This would provide guests with a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The room amenities, like USB ports and a full-size fridge, made our stay comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the Metro and various restaurants was convenient for exploring the area. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport and metro stop was a nice perk. The relaxation facilities, including BBQ facilities, allowed for some downtime with the family. Nearby landmarks like the National Air and Space Museum and Lincoln Memorial added to our bonding experience. a highly recommended stay.
